MGR Digital Studio (“we”, “us”) is a sole proprietorship based in Ottawa, Ontario. This policy explains what personal information we collect through mgrdigitalstudio.com, why, and what you can do about it. We follow the principles of Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
What we collect
Information you give us. When you request a visibility audit or a quote, book a call, or contact us, we collect what you enter: usually your name, email, phone number, business name, website, location and a description of what you need.
Our free tools don't collect anything. The review QR card maker, the schema generator and the website checklist run entirely in your browser. What you type there is not sent to us.
Technical information. Like most websites, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes standard technical data such as IP addresses and browser information to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
How we use it
- To reply to your request, prepare your audit or quote, and run the call you booked
- To provide services you hire us for, and to invoice you
- To keep the website working, secure and useful
We don't sell your personal information, and we don't add you to a mailing list unless you ask to be added.
Where it's stored and who can see it
Form submissions and bookings are stored in a database hosted by Cloudflare and sent to us by email. Only MGR Digital Studio can access them. We use trusted service providers (website hosting, email) only to run the business, and they may process data outside Canada, including in the United States.
We keep enquiries for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and client records for as long as the law requires for business and tax purposes. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, subject to those legal requirements.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. You can also withdraw your consent to our use of it, subject to legal or contractual limits. Email us and we'll respond within 30 days.
